STAYING HEALTHY

Balanced diet mean a healthier way to eat. As a human, we must eat more vegetables and fruits. We should eat less meat and eat the fish three times a week. A construction worker need to eat more meat because they need more energy. A student need less meat because they need less energy.On the other hand, balanced diet can help us to maintain our health because it is the food that only we need. Other than that, we must know about the food pyramid and follow it's direction to eat and staying healthy.
